Shipping & Returns
• We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5 business days. Orders paid by credit card take 1-3 days for delivery once shipped, while orders paid by cash on delivery take 2-5 days for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Like DHL, FedEx, Bluedart, Aramex etc) and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

• A flat shipping fee of Rs 1500 is applied to international orders.
• International orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange
Customs and import duties:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Yarnz will not be able to entertain a request for refund.
Returns and Exchange:
Yarnz crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.
•There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note.
•Your product is eligible for return/exchange If you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
•Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
•If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition.
Alternatively, you can ship the item back to us as well and supply the tracking information to us.
Shipping/reverse pick-up charges will be levied both for incoming and re-shipping of exchanged item if the original item is not defective. Only in the case of defective item are the shipping charges for pick up or re-shipping waived. Items ordered with incorrect size will also be charged for reverse pick-up and re-shipping, and will not entail any shipping charge waivers. Payment for additional shipping charges can be made via bank Transfer emailed by customer care.
